Design Flaw?

This is my second Frigidaire dishwasher, very similar model to my old one of 10yrs. It has what I consider a design flaw same as my old one that annoys me and room for improvement. If opening the door from top per PIC and you pull your hand out with door one you™™ll likely scrape or cut your knuckles like I have for years. The bottom edge of the black plastic control panel is very sharp and protrudes just enough beyond the front stainless steel door panel that I catch my knuckles and get cuts if I™™m not super careful. Shouldn™™t protrude or at least round off the underside edge of the black plastic to avoid this. Can™™t imagine I™™m the only one experiencing this.

I've been blown away by my new dishwasher! Coming from a basic model in my previous apartment, I was excited to use this new model in my home. Having a little trouble this first week. I have a small leak, the door doesn't have a spring so door flies open all the way when opened. This could be dangerous for a baby or dog under the door when it free falls open. The buttons on top are not easy to find and the start button keeps flashing even when the machine is off. A repair man is coming next week so maybe all these things will be corrected so I can't really give a fair review.

Really getting frustrated by our Frigidaire GDPP4515AF0A dishwasher. We've had our dishwasher two years now and would have chucked it to the street if it didn't cost +$500 to replace.Top cleans great, bottom rarely cleans. We have great water preasure and city water that does not have mineral problems. Cleaning the bottom filters regularily have found the base strainer disk works poorly getting easly clogged and the bottom rinse arm has started holdholding a silt like water that won't shake out. So, not sure if the pump has low pressure or if the whole design is just garbage. I would not buy this dishwasher again or one with the weird bottom washer arm wheel setup! Good Luck!

This dishwasher model number gdph4515af0a is one that was installed by our builder in 2023, but the dishwasher creates mold issues and it doesn't clean. It is also pretty noisy in my opinion. I do not recommend the interior of a dishwasher to be plastic either.

Very spacious, can usually hold all our dinner dishes and various cereal bowls. Occasionally, we have to rehash an item or two because it didn't come out clean. A few times we have even thought we started the dishwasher to figure out the next morning it never did start. Overall, a good choice.

After figuring out that you start the cycle before closing the door, my experience with this newest model of the same one i had before it nothing short of great. Every improvement made is well noticed and such a better experience. Even down to the price. We™™ve had it for a week now and so far I™™ve done two loads. The dishes are getting very clean, but one thing we notice is the dishes don™™t seem very dry at the end, however we have not used the rinse yet so we plan to start using it and hopefully that will correct the drying issue.

Very happy with the purchase of my GE refrigerator. This refrigerator is pretty big and has a lot of space. The doors open normal and the quick access door is my favorite feature. The mid drawer is nice and the freezer has great storage capacity. Now don™™t get me wrong, it has some drawbacks. The soft close veggie drawer doesn™™t soft close always (fixing that with warranty). Also the 2 doors don™™t close easy and takes some force. Also the space on the shelves on the left door are limited but made up for with the shelves in the refrigerator. Other than these flaws, this refrigerator is very close to perfect. I recommend it!

This dishwasher is the most quiet that I've ever experienced! However, I find it difficult to load,especially the lower rack. Also I used only the economy wash cycle prior on old machine and the dishes would come out dry.This machine wouldn't dry on that setting, even going to heat drying setting. Need to dry with towel after wash cycle.
