Spacious but crisper drawers could be improved

Large interior. Not so good quality crisper drawers and lame support for the drawers. We needed to reverse the door handle for our space. Top door hinge not tapped to take bolts. Button plugs in those holes are glued in. This makes changing the door more of a project than it should be. So far all else is going well.

I bought this refrigerator in December 2025. It was in back order. I had to wait about a month to get it. I™™m happy with it so far. I hope it last me as long as my previous one which was also a whirlpool.

I ordered this unit and waited a month and a half to get it.
The unit didnt work because it didn™™t have the refrigerant installed in it.
So after waiting 4 days with an extra fridge in my kitchen, they came and took away the new fridge. We have always bought whirlpool.
All of our appliances are whirlpool.
This was a big disappointment:
Iam still waiting for a replacement:
And all this through the Christmas holidays.

I bought this unit Sept 2023. December of 2025 the compressor went out. I contacted whirlpool and they offered a fix of paying $500+ to repair and a 12 month warranty or pay $45 a month. Note the compressor warranty on non side by sides are 1 year. I thought based on my conversations with the salesman to believe it was 3 years, I am really at a loss as it™™s clear that these units are defective with so many that have lost their compressor after 1 year. Lastly do read the warranty print and exclusions™¦™¦.

à date, il fonctionne très bien. J'aime bien les grands compartiments dans la porte.
J'ai 4 tiroirs (2 grands-2 plus petits) qui sont très très utiles, par contre l'inconvÃnient est qu'ils sont difficiles à enlever pour le nettoyage.
Reste à voir combien d'annÃes ce frigo pourra tenir le coup !!!
Il sera difficile de battre le record demon ancien frigo qui m'a rendu service pendant 22 ans.
** J'ai mis 4 Ãtoiles à cause des tiroirs qui sont compliquÃs à enlever **

Nous avons achetà ce frigo en 2019. 3 semaines plus tard, il ne refroidit plus. Un technicien vient et change l'ordinateur au plafond qui controle la tempÃrature. 2 jours plus tard, même problème. L'ordinateur n'est pas en cause. Il y a une fuite de frÃon. On commande la pièce et un mois plus tard c'est rÃglÃ. Couvert par la garantie. 1 an et demi plus tard. même problème. Le frigo rÃchauffe au lieu de refroidir. On perd une centaine de $$ en nourriture. Appel chez Whirlpool. On m'envoie un technicien et la facture s'Ãlève à 395.00$ Non couvert, car il n'est plus sous garantie. 2 ans + tard, même problème. Cette fois je m'obstine pendant 2 heures et je tiens bon. On nous le rÃpare gratuitement. Le tech n'en revient pas, car ils n'ont jamais l'habitude de faire ça!. 2 ans plus tard, aujourd'hui sept 2025. le même problème refait surface. je les contacte et lis ne peuvent rien faire à part me donner un stupide 15 % de rabais sur un autre Whirlpool. Vous pensez que je vais racheter cette pourriture encore. Terminà pour moi cette compagnie.

Nous aimons beaucoup l™™intÃrieur et avons beaucoup de place c™™est ce que nous voulions. EspÃrons que l™™odeur va se dissiper assez rapidement.

We bought this fridge year and a half ago. Suddenly starts to not keep products cool. Called my local technician that sold us the fridge and they tell me that the compressor has died and it needs to be replaced.
Called Whirlpool and not only do they want to charge a separate diagnostic fee they tell me that the compressor in an all fridge is not covered under their 5 year compressor warranty because apparently that is only for multi door "refrigerators", not all in one units.despite the fact that the manual includes the 5 year warranty statement.

Happy with the product, too bad that the delivery service wouldn't bring it straight to my door, yes we had icy condition didn't stop my husband from going out to meet them he even asked for one of them to go with him to bring this item in and he would have drove him back to their vehicle. My husband being a senior brought this in by himself. We were not able to examine the fridge before bringing it in. It was damaged at the back which did not affect the fridge performance. Contacted your office which we were given a very small refund...Just disappointed in the service that was not provided. Took us 6 weeks to get this item. Now we wait for 3 weeks for this small refund. Just disappointed. Will bring this info to Home Depot.

I bought the fridge about 1 month ago now, overall I'm satisfied with performance.
My critique is that the fridge came in a poor state than I expected from whirlpool.
Example: the fridge itself looked like it had come straight from manufacturing with no cleaning done to it. I found multiple spots of hard grime that have since stained he interior of the fridge. Another being that the insulating foam that keeps to fridge cool was oozing from pores and the underside of the door I need to figure out how to keep the underside contained since I own animals whom would like to claw at it and if they invest that foam it will be a hefty vet bill.

This is our second Whirlpool 31" All refrigerator. We liked the first one a lot - very sad that it died when it did (just after 9 years of service) but very glad we could get the same thing to replace it. Not just because it had to fit in the same space but also because we wanted to have another all fridge as we have a small chest freezer in basement and love having all the space upstairs for fresh food. Especially love all the shelves and 4 crisper drawers - would never want anything less now.

This is the 2nd identical all frig I have purchased in the last 5 years. I like how the door has been re-shaped with the different holders for large items. As far as performance, it is very good & quiet.

Refrigerator arrived inoperable due to a faulty control panel so it will not cool. It arrived properly packaged with no apparent damage so it seems this was a quality control failure by the manufacturer. We have had it for nearly two weeks now but have not able to use it yet as we are still waiting for Whirlpool to send a replacement control panel to their authorized service technician. We will be glad to update our review of rate the product once it is repaired and we are able to confirm it does what we bought it for.

Nous sommes très satisfait de ce rÃfrigÃrateur qui tiens nos aliments plus froid que le Danby que nous avions avant. En espÃrant qu'il sera fonctionnel pour plusieurs annÃes, car le Danby n'a pas durà 6 ans. La seule critique que nous avons est qu'on aurait aimà ajouter un troisième supports de rangement sous le beurrier car il y a une perte d'espace mais le fait qu'il n'y a que quatre encrages ne nous le permet pas.

I purchased this model refrigerator because I had one like it 10+ years ago. I loved that one. This new one was twice the price and is made super cheap. The shelves are flimsy, the light bulb is small abs is blocked by a box..so gives a minimum amount of light. For some reason they took out a shelf and added "two more" flimsy drawers. Drawers hold a lot more. Also, it was very difficult to " level" the refrigerator. The installers worked about an hour to " level" the refrigerator. Then, there is " no" temperature gauge...only a small light colored snowflake, a medium colored snowflake and a thicker filled in snowflake. Wow! Whi thought of that one??? Also the door handle is small and ultra cheap. These refrigerator was not available to view in person and had to be " special ordered" sight unseen...I don't think I would have ordered it..if I'd seen it in person. Tge most disturbing part of this was in my first comment...it was twice the price of my other one, I still have and works great...and looks half as good. Thank goodness my other one still works...I'm not sure how much co fident I have in this one.
